Podcasting Live is for entrepreneurs who want to (launch a podcast or use an existing one) to generate consistent high-quality leads, build strategic relationships, and create offers that convert.
Day 1 focuses on the 1-on-1 side of podcasting, from picking the right guest avatar, to 1-on-1 sales.
Day 2 focuses on the 1-to-many side of podcasting, from repurposing content on every platform, to installing the right sales systems and high-ticket offers to convert your listeners into customers.
Registration will start on Wednesday, March 4th from 3-7 pm at the venue. You will also be able to register during breakfast on the first day!
The structured content of the full event days (March 5th-6th) will run from 8am-5pm. We suggest grabbing breakfast at your hotel or Rebol directly across the street from the venue. These days will have morning and afternoon presentation sessions, broken up by lunch and walk & talks (an opportunity to stretch your legs and network further). They will end with group mastermind sessions. There are tons of food options within walking distance of the venue. Lunch and dinner (heck, even breakfast) are a great opportunity to network with a smaller group of other attendees.
In the evening, there will be optional activities to spend more time with the group and explore nearby parts of the Bridge Park area.
Meals will not be provided in your event ticket. There are so many great food options within walking distance that we did not want to limit you! Get a sneak peak of Bridge Park.
When possible, speakers will be live and present! As needed, we will zoom in the experts that couldn’t make it from afar.
Come prepared with whatever you need to soak in the content (be it your notetaking system, favorite pick-me-up snacks or drinks, etc.). (Optional, but helpful): In preparation for the group mastermind sessions, take some time before to consider what you'd love to get fresh eyes and ears on in your business to propel it forward!
You will have an opportunity on both days of the event to provide something you are working through in your business that the others in your group can help troubleshoot with you. We believe these are some of the most impactful times to feed off of the other brilliant minds in attendance and get to bond over our shared love of building businesses with people that get you!
We suggest business casual. Wear what makes you feel good and ready to engage! If you’re not used to Ohio winters, it will likely be cold, but check the weather and pack options. Ohio is known to have all four seasons in a day.
There will be optional activities in the evening around the venue to keep the networking going. On Thursday, March 4th, we plan to go to Pins Mechanical (~4 min walk from the venue) where there are games and drinks to enjoy!
For those sticking around for the weekend, we will likely do something the following evening too.

There are multiple hotels close to the venue to choose from. Here are a couple options:

If you’re bringing someone, you can add a partner ticket for half off the regular price at check out.
If for any reason you’re unable to attend, you can opt to receive a credit to a future event or gift your tickets to family, friends, or colleagues. To receive a credit or gift your tickets, notify us at least 15 days prior to the event by writing to [email protected].
The event officially starts on March 5th at 8am. You will want to arrive no later than the evening of the 4th.
Registration will start the evening of the 4th from 3-7pm and continue the morning of the 5th for any late arrivals from 8-9am at the venue.
The event will officially end at 5pm on the 6th, with optional extra networking around the venue that evening.
If you are looking to double dip, the Arnold begins on Friday March 6th, with varying events through Sunday the 8th. Consider extended your stay around their offerings if interested. (See section above for more info).
John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). It’s ~23 minutes from the venue.
You can if you would prefer, but it is definitely not necessary. We would recommend Ubering from the airport to your hotel. The venue location and suggested hotels are within walking distance as well as tons of food options! Bridgepark is like a mini downtown area.
For those local or renting a car, there is free parking all around Bridgepark (both street and garage parking).
